2. What data we process through this website

2.1. Technical access data (server logs)

When you visit this website, the hosting server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser type and version, and operating system.

Purpose: the correct operation, security and availability of the website, and the prevention of abuse.
Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention period: 1 month from the date of recording.

2.2. Data you send us by e-mail or telephone

If you contact us using the e-mail addresses or telephone numbers published on this site, we process the data you provide: name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name and the content of your message.

Purpose: recording and handling your enquiry, sending quotations on request, and subsequent correspondence.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention period: 1 month after the correspondence ends.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

This website does not use cookies. We do not store or access information on your terminal equipment through cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or similar technologies.

The site uses no web analytics (such as Google Analytics), contains no tracking pixels and embeds no social media widgets.

Every resource required to display the pages — fonts, the map of Europe and all other files — is hosted on our own server. As a result, simply visiting this website transmits no data to any third party, and no cookie consent banner is required.

4. Recipients of the data

Technical access data is processed by our hosting provider, acting as a processor on our behalf under a contract concluded in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

8. Member Area

The customer monitoring platform (Member Area) is a separate, account-based system. Processing within that platform is governed by the contract concluded with each client and by the specific documentation made available inside the platform.
